Working with agency clients means there are limitations on the level of detail I’m able to provide on certain projects. Within those limitations I'd like to share an exploratory project. A larger team focused on the mobile first design of this automotive retailer’s landing pages while I was tasked with prioritizing the evolution of the global primary menu navigation IA.


Client: Ford, Global Own

The SYNC + Maps update case study examines the evolution of the online update process for Ford’s (in-vehicle) operating software and navigation software. This study reviews the prior live state of the European and North American experiences and my human centered design approach to bridge the two disparate experiences into one cohesive, global experience.
